Queries or concerns

If you have concerns about something related to a course, first consult your student representative, a relevant course lecturer or the Course/Programme Organiser. It's often best to take the matter up with the area concerned in the first instance, as problems are sometimes resolved more effectively and quickly with those directly involved.

If these mechanisms are unsatisfactory, you're always welcome to come to the Director of the BMTO, who has overall responsibility for Biomedical Sciences teaching. All queries are taken seriously, and you will be given unbiased and independent advice should you wish to take any unresolved matters to the higher authorities.
