All core courses in years 1 and 2 of the Medical Sciences degree programme must be passed to ultimately graduate with an Honours degree in Medical Sciences.A core course is compulsory for all Medical Sciences students.Core courses are listed in the Medical Sciences Degree Programme TableIn the third and fourth (Junior and Senior Honours) years, compulsory courses must be taken. In the Junior Honours year passing a minimum of one of these courses is a requirement for progression to the Senior Honours year. In the Senior Honours year, passing the compulsory courses is not a requirement for the award of an Honours degree in Medical Sciences.Remember that you must also obtain 480 credit points over the degree programme to graduate with Honours.
