Biomedical Sciences qualifications

Full list of possible qualifications for the Biomedical Sciences programmes.

It is hoped that all students in Biomedical Sciences will graduate with an Honours degree. However, there are several other qualifications available to students who do not progress to Honours. The full list of qualifications is given below and the exact requirements to obtain these qualifications are set out in the Degree Regulations and Programmes of Study under College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine. In summary these qualifications are:

1.         Undergraduate Certificate of Higher Education

2.         Undergraduate Diploma of Higher Education

3.         Bachelor of Science (General) Degree

4.         Bachelor of Science, Ordinary Degree in Biomedical Sciences

5.         Bachelor of Science Degree with Honours in Biomedical Sciences, Infectious Diseases, Pharmacology, Physiology, Neuroscience or Reproductive Biology.
