Our current MSc students Charlie Guy, Alice Roberts, Sophie Mok and their supervisor Abduelmenem Alashkham have presented a rare case with combined variation of the sciatic nerve and piriformis at the British Association of Clinical Anatomists conference.

Anatomy@Edinbugh was delighted to host a one-day Trauma Surgery Skills course for Higher Surgical Trainees from the SE Scotland Deanery on 22 February 2019.

Dr Alashkham and his colleagues have reported that for many years, there has been controversy regarding the presence of the glenohumeral ligaments; the aim of the present study was to evaluate the detailed anatomy of these ligaments.
