Programme Structure

The academic year is split into three semesters where you will study a set of core and elective courses, before completing your dissertation.

This programme is a one-year, full-time MSc.

Semester 1

  • Basic Human Anatomy, Imaging and Embryology 1 
  • Surgery, Radiology and Histology 1 
  • Anatomy Law and Ethics 

Semester 2

  • Basic Human Anatomy, Imaging and Embryology 2 
  • Surgery, Radiology and Histology 2 
  • Neuroanatomy

Please note that attendance on campus is expected from Monday to Friday (9 AM - 5 PM) in Semester 1 and Semester 2. Video recording of the lectures pertaining to this programme is prohibited.

Semester 3

  • Dissertation 

Course start date

The course starts in September each year.  Should you face delays due to valid reasons such as visa issues, and therefore be unable to commence the MSc Clinical Anatomy programme on time, a one-week delay may be permitted with the Programme Director's consent. However, if you are not in attendance by the start of week 2, your place may be withdrawn.
