Congratulations to Morag Laidlaw, Head of BMS Research Management, for winning the Outstanding Colleague award for her leadership of the Deanery of Biomedical Sciences research finance team. Image The Staff Recognition Awards are open to staff from all areas of the College and aim to recognise collective and individual achievements. This years’ ceremony was held in Summerhall and hosted by Professor David Argyle, Head of the College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine. The Outstanding Colleague award is given to an individual who inspires and encourages the people they work with. It recognises those who contribute to team performance by providing advice and support and helping others overcome obstacles to accomplish success. The winner will be a dependable team player who shows integrity, empathy and respect for others, and who builds and maintains great working relationships. Congratulations Morag!
