TIRF

IMPACT hosts a 4 colour Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence (TIRF) microscope coupled to an Olympus IX83 epi-fluorescence microscope.

The TIRF system is integrated onto a standard epi-fluorescence system from Olympus IX83 microscope. This is a fully motorised microscope controlled by Olympus CellSens software and is equipped with a Photometrix Prime 95B camera.

  • Suitable for 4 colour TIRF imaging and/or standard epi-fluorescence imaging
  • Fully motorised, automatic filter/objective switching, time lase imaging, heated environmental chamber with CO2.
  • Fast image acquisition
