IMPACT hosts a Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence (TIRF) microscope coupled to an Olympus IX81 epi-fluorescence microscope. TIRF system at IMPACT is integrated onto a standard epi-fluorescence system from Olumpus IX81 microscope. This is a fully motorised microscope controlled by Olympus CellR software and is equipped with a Hamamatsu EMCCD camera. Key features: Suitable for TIRF imaging and/or standard epi-fluorescence imaging Fully motorised, automatic filter/objective switching, time lase imaging, heated stage and CO2 incubator.
