Our facilities Confocal IMPACT currently hosts 3 confocal microscopes. Specifications of each of these systems can be found here. TIRF IMPACT hosts a 4 colour Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence (TIRF) microscope coupled to an Olympus IX83 epi-fluorescence microscope. Epi-fluorescence/Brightfield IMPACT hosts a number of state of the art epi fluorescence systems.
