Our facilities Confocal IMPACT currently hosts 2 confocal microscopes. Specifications of each of these systems can be found here. FLIM(Fluorescence life time imaging microscope) Becker & Hickl Time Correlated Single Photon Counting (TCSPC) FLIM system integrated on to Nikon A1 R confocal microscope. TIRF IMPACT hosts a Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence (TIRF) microscope coupled to an Olympus IX81 epi-fluorescence microscope. Epi-fluorescence/Brightfield IMPACT hosts a number of state of the art epi fluorescence systems.
