Gold, Frankincense and Myrrh

The Anatomy Museum have contributed to a small one-case Christmas display, on the sixth floor of the Centre for Research Collections.

The frankincense and myrrh were discovered within the Pharmacology collection as part of the Centre's inventory project, and have been dated from around the 1860s.

It is thought to be the first time they have been on display for 150 years.
